How can I schedule a makeup and hair trial?
Trials are offered once a month at a pre-determined location. For an additional fee, we can also arrange a trial at a client’s location of choice.
Do you have a physical location?
We do makeup and hair on-location because we feel that by going to our clients, it provides a more comfortable, stress-free, and luxurious experience for both the bride and bridal party. No need to travel to another location, give directions to your bridal party, worry about arriving late, etc. Just sit back, relax, and leave the pampering to us.
Which product lines do you use?
We use numerous, high-end makeup brands. TEMPTU airbrush makeup, Make Up For Ever, Laura Mercier, Lorac, Tarte, and Urban Decay are just a few brands found in our kits.
I’m very sensitive to makeup. Will your products make me break out?
We pay close attention to the ingredients in the makeup products we use. As soon as our clients make us aware of any sensitivity or allergies, we’ll schedule a spot test. In some cases, clients feel more comfortable in bringing their own products for us to use.
I don’t wear makeup often. Can you do a natural look for me?
Absolutely! Bridal makeup can be glamorous and bold, romantic and soft, or natural and clean. We’ll create a look that enhances your gorgeous features while making you feel comfortable and elegant.
What if I don’t like my makeup the day of the event?
A lot of key details are worked out during the trial: our goal is to match your expectations for an overall look with suggestions and pointers from our Makeup Artists, giving you gorgeous makeup that makes you feel like a million bucks, photographs well, and (according to our reviews) can hold up all day – through happy tears, dancing and both indoor and outdoor ceremonies.
In other words, it would be very hard to give you a look that you don’t like, because we’ve been keeping the lines of communication open. If there’s something you’re unsure about or not feeling, let us know right away. We’ll make it right.
How much should I tip my stylist/makeup artist?
Tips are always appreciated, but not expected. In general, they should be based on your satisfaction with the makeup artist or hairstylist.
